Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the Pixora service:
- Email address — for account creation and authentication.
- Full name — optional, if you choose to add one to your profile.
- Profile photo — optional, if you choose to upload one.
- AI-generated images and prompts — saved to your account history.
- Favorites — wallpapers you choose to save.
- Subscription status — whether you use the free or Pro plan.
Pixora does not collect your location, contacts, or camera roll.
How we use information
We use the information collected through Pixora to:
- create and manage your account;
- save and sync your favorites and AI generations;
- process subscription payments and manage Pixora Pro access; and
- send account-related emails, such as email confirmation messages.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Pixora uses the following services to operate:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management.
- Replicate — AI image generation.
- Cloudinary — image hosting and delivery.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, associated account data—including your email, name, profile photo, favorites, and AI generations—is permanently deleted from Pixora’s active systems.
Limited records may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving a transaction.

Data security
Pixora transmits data over encrypted HTTPS connections. Authentication is handled through Supabase using industry-standard security practices, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Pixora is not directed to children under the age of 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@craftdlab.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your account and associated information; and
- withdraw consent for future processing by deleting your account.
To exercise an applicable right, contact support@craftdlab.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Pixora’s features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The updated Policy will show a new “Last updated” date.
Where required, we will provide additional notice of significant changes. Continued use of Pixora after an updated Policy takes effect constitutes acknowledgement of the revised practices.
